  • Automatically generate invoices, collect payments, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Issue refunds or adjust billing when fulfillment did not match the original order

 

To support long-term sustainability and reliability, Tech Yes! also delivered a user interface that provided real-time visibility into the integration workflows, error logging, and reconciliation tools. Ongoing support was established to address future edge cases and ensure continued alignment with evolving business needs.

Results

The implementation achieved full automation of the order-to-cash process. As a result, MicroVision Optical was able to increase order volume and revenue by more than 10X without hiring any additional operations personnel. Their two-person operations team remained unchanged even as the complexity and volume of daily transactions grew substantially.
